活性炭纤维对废水中青霉素的吸附研究

摘要 采用活性炭纤维(Activated Carbon Fiber,ACF)吸附模拟废水中的青霉素,考察时间、温度、pH值、初始浓度、盐浓度,对ACF吸附过程的影响。研究表明,ACF对水样中青霉素的吸附属于放热过程,在90min时达到平衡;当pH=5时溶液呈弱酸性,青霉素分子形式更容易被吸附,平衡浓度也最低;水样盐(氯化钠)溶液质量浓度达到40g/L时,ACF对青霉素的吸附容量可达到63.4mg/g;吸附过程遵循Langmuir理论模型,吸附解吸平衡与溶液中青霉素浓度无关;吸附过程符合准二级吸附动力学方程,吸附速率呈现先快后慢、逐渐趋于平衡。研究工作的开展为青霉素废水处理工艺的设计及优化提供了参考依据。 The adsorption characteristics of penicillin in water by Activated Carbon Fiber (ACF) was studied.The factors effecting adsorption process such as time,penicillin does,temperature,pH,initial organic concentration and salt concentration were investigated.The results show that the adsorption process of penicillin in water by ACF belongs to an exothermic process and takes 90 minutes to reach equilibrium.When the pH approaches 5,the solution become weakly acidic,penicillin exists in molecular form in solution which is easier to be adsorbed,at this time,the equilibrium concentration is the lowest.When the concentration of salt (sodium chloride) solution reaches 40 g/L,the adsorption capacity of ACF for penicillin can reach 63.4 mg/g.The adsorption isotherms on conform to Langmuir adsorption isotherm and the adsorption process fits a pseudo-second-order model.The equilibrium was independent of the concentration of penicillin in the solution.The adsorption rate is very fast at first and then slow.and gradually tends to balance.Based on the experimental results,provide for reference basis for the design and optimization of penicillin wastewater treatment.
