摘要
基于“能耗双控”的大环境要求,根据电工学原理,剖析选煤厂电力系统中电压、频率、波形不稳定因素,应用节电技术,调节磁通矢量,改善变压器三相电压的不平衡度,抑制和消除输入侧和输出侧的谐波电压。使变压器和选煤厂相关负载运行在高效能区间。经在鄂尔多斯某煤矿选煤厂进行节电应用试验后,得出电压更加稳定,节约电能约10%左右的结果。
Based on the environmental requirements of "double control of energy consumption",and according to the electrician principles,this paper analyzes the unstable factors of voltage,frequency and waveform in the power system of coal preparation plant.Adjusts magnetic flux vector,improves the imbalance of three-phase voltage of transformer,and suppresses and eliminates the harmonic voltage at input side and output side.Make the transformer and relevant loads in the high-efficiency.After the electricity saving application experiment in a coal preparation plant of ordos coal mine,it is concluded that the voltage is more stable and the electric energy is saved by about 10%.
