摘要
以茶碱作为模板,选择十二羟基葫芦[6]脲(CB[6]-(OH)_(12))和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)作为功能单体,制备基于CB[6]的分子印迹聚合物(MIP),并研究其结构及性能。结果表明,HDI/CB[6]-(OH)_(12)/茶碱的摩尔比为6:3:2时,可以获得吸附容量较大的分子印迹聚合物。以可可碱作为对照物时,分子印迹聚合物对茶碱的选择性系数K_(MIP)=2.37,对茶碱具有良好的识别能力。
Using theophylline as template,hydroxy substituted cucurbit[6]uril(CB[6]-(OH)_(12))and hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI)as functional monomers,CB[6]based molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP)was prepared.The structure and properties of MIP were studied.The results show that MIP with large adsorption capacity can be obtained when the molar ratio of HDI/CB[6]-(OH)_(12)/theophylline is 6:3:2.When theobromine was used as a competitor,the selectivity coefficient of MIP for theophylline was K_(MIP)=2.37,which had good recognition ability for theophylline.
