酿酒葡萄抗寒相关基因的研究进展

摘要 低温影响酿酒葡萄的生长,限制其果实品质及种植面积。土埋、冬灌、烟熏及建造防护林等方法被广泛采取并取得成效,但浪费人力物力,可能对葡萄造成人为损害。近年来,转基因技术发展迅速,抗寒转录因子、脱水素、单锌指结合蛋白、泛素连接酶等基因可以响应低温胁迫并促进其他相关抗寒基因的表达以提高转基因植物的抗寒性,因此研究抗寒基因并通过转基因技术定向改良葡萄的抗寒能力,对推进葡萄产业绿色发展具有重要意义。 Low temperature restricts the growth of Vitis vinifera,and limits its fruit quality and planting area.Soil burying,winter irrigation,smoking,and shelter forest are the common methods used to protect the grapevine in cold areas,but these methods are labor intensive and may cause damage to the grapevine.In recent years,with the fast development of the transgenic technology,cold-resistant transcription factors,dehydrins,Dof and E3 UB ligases have been found to be able to improve the cold resistance of plants.It is of great significance for the wine grape industry to study the cold-resistance genes and to improve the cold resistance of the grapevine by using the transgenic technology.
