摘要
建立了酿酒用原辅料样品中108种农药残留的全自动固相萃取-三重四级杆质谱联用法测定分析方法。方法中样品经全自动均质仪、固相萃取仪、平行浓缩仪净化,用GC-MS/MS进行测定。该方法的回收率在75%~110%之间,平均相对标准偏差为4.88%。该方法适用于大量酿酒用原辅料样品中多种农药残留的分析以及相关食品安全方面的风险监测研究。
An automatic solid phase extraction-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry method for the determination of 108 kinds of pesticide residues in liquor-making raw materials was established.The samples were purified by an automatic homogenizer,a solid-phase extraction device,and a parallel concentrator,and were determined by GC-MS/MS.The recoveries of the method were between 75%and 110%,with an average relative standard deviation of 4.88%.The method is suitable for the analysis of various pesticide residues in large batches of liquor-making raw materials and the monitoring of food safety risks.
