日本女子手球崛起对我国女子手球运动发展的启示

Enlightenment of the Rise of Japanese Women’s Handball on the Development of Chinese Women’s Handball

通过文献资料、调查研究、专家访谈等方法,回顾、分析东京奥运备战周期日本女子手球崛起成因,并由此比较中日女子手球发展中存在的差异,为中国女子手球运动的发展提供参考。认为在东京奥运周期内日本女子手球竞技水平快速提升,已经超过了我国并进入到世界一流强队的行列。日本女子手球的快速崛起,得益于政策的引导与扶植,生存保障;超年轻化和专业化的高水平后备人才培养;高水平训练团队的构建与高水平科技服务系统的支援;专门的发展监管与专项资金支持。对我国启示:完善女子手球运动的发展政策;保障高水平后备人才的培养;构建高水平的训练团队和科技服务支援系统;专门化的监管与社会化的物质资料与专项资金扶持。

Through the methods of literature,investigation and expert interview,this paper reviews and analyzes the reasons for the rise of Japanese women’s handball in the preparation period of Tokyo Olympic Games,and compares the differences in the development of Chinese and Japanese women’s handball,so as to provide reference for the development of Chinese women’s handball.It is believed that in the period of Tokyo Olympic Games,the competitive level of Japanese women’s handball has been improved rapidly,which has surpassed China and entered the ranks of the world’s first-class strong teams.The rapid rise of Japanese women’s handball benefits from the guidance and support of policies,survival guarantee,the cultivation of super young and professional high-level reserve talents,the construction of high-level water training team,the support of high-level scientific and technological service system,and the special development supervision and special fund support.The enlightenment for China is to improve the development policy of women’s handball;to ensure the cultivation of high-level reserve talents;to build a high-level training team,and a scientific and technological service support system;to specialized supervision and socialized material data and special funds support.
