摘要
应用型大学办学特色的生成具有一定的规律和内在的逻辑。环境制约与学校趋适、顶层引领与集体能动、历史积淀与开拓创新的相互作用,是应用型大学办学特色生成的辩证机理;聚焦应用,在办学理念、专业建设、人才培养、服务社会、开放办学、大学文化等方面着力,是抓住应用型大学凝练办学特色的主要矛盾;系统思维,去遵循规律、战略布局,有的放矢、重点突破,校地联动、形成合力,完善制度、建立机制,是推进应用型大学创建办学特色的策略。
The formation of school-running characteristics in applied universities has certain laws and internal logic.The interactions between environmental constraints and school adaptation,top-level leadership and collective initiative,historical accumulation and pioneering innovation is the dialectical mechanism for the formation of school-running characteristics in applied universities.Application is the priority to grasp the characteristics of application-oriented universities,thus efforts should be made in school-running philosophy,discipline construction,talent training,society service,university culture,etc.Strategies,including systematic thinking,strategic layout,key breakthroughs,school-society linkage,formation of joint forces,optimization of systems and establishment of mechanisms,should be adopted to promote applied universities in building school-running characteristics.
