摘要
为保证工业生产线柔性加工的高效、平稳及经济性,设计基于PLC与组态软件的加工自动控制系统。结合PLC装置与组态软件,构建包含上位机监控、中央控制、人机交互及PLC控制等模块的工业生产线柔性加工自动控制系统。利用PLC控制模块控制柔性加工的各个从站,由中央控制模块提供组态软件并实现各站运行信息的统筹与协调,上位机监控模块作为组态软件载体可以实现信息的处理,以此利用人机交互模块监测并操控加工现场生产线,实现对工业生产线柔性加工的自动控制。实验结果表明,在该系统的控制下,自动传输车可精准停靠在各个工作站点,整体停位误差均未超过1 mm;各个工件的三维坐标测量误差均低于0.01 mm;工件的分拣用时与分拣错误率得到显著提升;在处理大量数据时,该系统具有较高的吞吐量,数据丢失的概率较低,综合处理性能表现良好,可达到实际应用需求。
In order to ensure the high efficiency,stability and economy of flexible processing of industrial production line,an automatic control system based on PLC and configuration software was designed.Combined with PLC device and configuration software,the flexible processing automatic control system of industrial production line is built,which includes the modules of upper computer monitoring,central control,man-machine interaction and PLC control.PLC control module is used to control the flexible manufacturing of every PC monitoring module,the central control module provides configuration software and implements the operation and coordination of information as a whole,and the upper computer monitoring module can realize the processing of information as a carrier of configuration software.In this way the production line is monitored and controlled using the human-computer interaction module,which can realize the automatic control of the flexible industrial manufacturing.The experimental results show that under the control of the system,the automatic transmission vehicle can park at each work station accurately,and the overall parking error is not more than 1 mm.The measurement error of each workpiece is less than 0.01 mm.The sorting time of the workpiece and the sorting error rate have been significantly improved.When processing a large amount of data,the system has a high throughput,low probability of data loss,and good comprehensive processing performance,which can meet the requirements of practical applications.
