高职大学生创业质量影响因素及作用路径分析

Analysis on the influencing factors and action paths of entrepreneurial quality of higher vocational students

高职大学生创业质量受多种因素的综合影响。通过对湖南省高职大学生创业质量调研,构建高职大学生创业质量影响因素模型,运用路径分析方法分析湖南省高职大学生创业质量影响因素作用路径。结果表明:(1)高职大学生创业者追求个人价值能显著提升创业质量;(2)创业项目的实用性和先进性是项目质量的首要保证;(3)项目资金与人才资源要素及信息环境直接显著地影响创业质量;(4)创业人才的创新意识、学习能力和抗压能力直接影响人才资源质量,进而间接地影响创业质量。本文建议:(1)高职院校推进创新创业教育改革,提升创业者素养;(2)创业者加强创业项目的管理,提升创业项目的实用性与先进性;(3)政府加强创业资源整合与环境优化,夯实创业基础条件。

The entrepreneurial quality of higher vocational students is affected by many factors.Through the research on the entrepreneurial quality of higher vocational students in Hunan,this paper constructs the influencing factor model of entrepreneurial quality of higher vocational students,and uses the path analysis method to analyze the path of influencing factors of entrepreneurial quality of higher vocational students in Hunan.The results show that:(1)The pursuit of personal value by entrepreneurs of higher vocational students can significantly improve the entrepreneurial quality;(2)The practicality and progressiveness of entrepreneurial projects are the primary guarantee of project quality;(3)Project funds,human resource elements and information environment directly and significantly affect the entrepreneurial quality;(4)The innovative consciousness,learning ability and pressure resistance of entrepreneurial talents directly affect the quality of talent resources,and then indirectly affect the entrepreneurial quality.Suggestions:(1)Higher vocational colleges should promote the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education and improve the quality of entrepreneurs;(2)Entrepreneurs should strengthen the management of entrepreneurial projects and improve the practicality and progressiveness of entrepreneurial projects;(3)The government should strengthen the integration of entrepreneurial resources and environmental optimization,and consolidate the basic conditions for entrepreneurship.
