摘要
本文从财务、满意度、项目管理能力、企业核心能力、外部环境5个维度构建了国有建筑企业PPP项目运营能力评估指标体系,采用AHP–熵权法对指标赋权,运用模糊综合评价法构建了国有建筑企业PPP项目运营能力综合评价模型,结合某全民健身中心项目进行了实证分析,并就改善项目运营水平提出建议。
The evaluation index system of PPP project operation capability of state-owned construction enterprises is constructed from five dimensions:finance,satisfaction,project management capability,enterprise core capability,and external environment.The indicators are assigned with AHP-entropy weight method,and a comprehensive evaluation model of PPP project operation capability of state-owned construction enterprises is constructed with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The model is empirically analyzed in the context of a national fitness center project,and suggestions are made to improve the operation level of the project.
