银腺杨解剖及理化性能研究

摘要 采用微观切片法和木材显微图像技术对银腺杨的纤维形态、组织比量进行分析,依据国家标准对银腺杨的物理、力学、化学性能进行测定。结果表明:银腺杨的纤维长度、长宽比、纤维比量、壁腔比、导管长度平均值分别为1213.55μm、56.68、54.72%、0.70,479.68μm;气干密度、全干密度、基本密度分别为0.46、0.42、0.38 g/cm3;径向和弦向全干干缩率分别为3.65%、7.81%;抗弯强度、顺纹抗压强度、综合强度分别为81.20、41.37、122.57 MPa;纤维素含量为50.15%,木质素含量为21.17%、冷水抽提物为2.48%、热水抽提物为3.99%、1%NaOH抽提物为16.97%、苯醇抽提物为1.96%。 For develop and utilize wood resources of Populus alba×P.glandulosa reasonablyand understand its wood properties and the feasibility of being used as papermaking raw materials,the fiber morphology and tissue ratio of Populusalba×P.glandulosa were measured by micro section and micrograph analysis system of computer.The physical,mechanical and chemical properties were determined according to national standards.The results showed that the fiber length,ratio of length to width,fiber ratio,wall thickness to cavity and vessel length of Populus alba×P.glandulosa were 1213.55μm,56.68,54.72%,0.70,479.68μm,respectively.The airdry density,oven dry density and basic density were 0.46 g·cm^(-3),0.42 g·cm^(-3),0.38 g·cm^(-3),respectively.The full shrinkage ratio of the radial and chord were 3.65%and 7.81%.Bending strength,compressive strength parallel to the grain,composite strength were81.20 MPa,41.37 MPa,122.57 MPa,respectively.The content of cellulose,lignin,cold water extract,hot water extract,1%NaOH extract,benzene alcohol extract were 50.15%,21.17%,2.48%,3.99%,16.97%,1.96%,respectively.
