摘要
对于规模大、地貌复杂的光伏电站,无人机红外热成像测试系统是进行光伏组件热斑排查的重要手段。在环境条件接近的情况下,利用无人机红外热成像测试系统对4个典型光伏电站进行全面的光伏组件热斑检测,通过统计分析大量数据,研究不同类型光伏电站和不同类型光伏组件的热斑分布规律及主要成因。研究结果显示:彩钢瓦屋顶光伏电站受屋顶散热条件、光伏组件自身缺陷的影响,热斑光伏组件的占比较山地光伏电站的高;双面光伏组件由于背面容易受到遮挡,背面接收的太阳辐照度不均匀容易造成太阳电池失配,从而产生热斑,因此,此类光伏组件的热斑比例可能高于单面光伏组件。
For large-scale PV power stations with complex landforms,the UAV infrared thermal imaging test system is an important method for hot spot inspection of PV modules.In this paper,under the condition that the environmental conditions are close,the UAV infrared thermal imaging test system is used to conduct comprehensive PV module hot spot detection on four typical PV power stations.Through statistical and analysis of a large amount of data,the hot spot distribution laws and main causes of different types of PV power stations and PV modules are studied.The research results show that the color steel tile roof PV power station is affected by the roof heat dissipation conditions and the defects of the PV module itself,and the hot spot PV module ratio is higher than that of the mountain PV power station;The back surface of bifacial PV modules are easily shielded and the uneven solar irradiance received on the back surface can easily cause solar cell mismatch,resulting in hot spots,so the proportion of hot spot of such PV modules may be higher than that of single-sided PV modules.
