中学校本教研文化建设的学理思考与路径探析

摘要 随着课程改革与高考改革的不断深入,开展引领校本教研行动、凸显校本教研品质、滋养教师职业精神的教研文化建设已成为当前基础教育改革的重要内容。教学改革是推动校本教研文化建设的原初动力。建构校本教研的价值体系、完善校本教研制度、实施层次化的教研管理、改造校本教研环境,是校本教研文化建设的基本实践路径。提高教师学习共同体的建设水平、挖掘校本教研实践的深度、促进校本教研成果的升华与转化,是中学校本教研文化建设的重点和发展趋势。 With the in-depth development of the reform of course and college entrance examination,the teaching and research culture construction which features the development of school-based teaching and research activities,the highlight of school-based teaching and research qualities and the cultivation of teachers’professionalism has been the important components of the current basic educational reform.Teaching reform is the original force empowering the school-based teaching and research culture constriction.The practical route for the school-based teaching and research culture constriction is to construct value systems,improve teaching and research systems,incorporate hierarchical teaching and research management,and remould school-based teaching and research environment.Increasing the level of construction of teacher learning community,exploring the depth of the school-based teaching and research practice,and enhancing the distillation and conversion of school-based teaching and research achievements are the key points and developmental trend of school-based teaching and research culture construction.
