基层教师视角下的课程思政改革困境质性分析

摘要 党和政府高度重视思想政治教育工作,如何推进课程思政是关键环节。本文选取山西省两所省属高校作为调查对象,对高校教师参与课程思政改革的过程进行分析。研究发现:他们在目标解读层面面临政策认受与实用主义的二重性,在行动过程中出现“思想启蒙”与“再普罗化”的拷问,而触及学生层面又遭遇了理想信念与实际行动之间的自我抑扬。重审目前的高校课程思政改革,当前高校过多着力于科层权力的运用之上,试图通过资源分配调动人的积极性。至于个体意愿、执行成本、风险化解等“自下而上”才能看到的问题未被充分纳入视野。如何摆脱目前的困境,文章最后也提供了一些建议。 The Party and the government attach great importance to ideological and political education,and which is the key link to promote curriculum ideological and political education.This paper selects two provincial universities in Shanxi Province as the subjects of investigation,and analyses the process of university teachers’participation in curriculum thinking and political reform.The study finds that they face a dichotomy between policy acceptance and pragmatism at the level of goal interpretation,and between“ideological enlightenment”and“re-popularisation”in the process of action.When we look at the current curriculum reform in universities,we can see that universities are currently focusing too much on the use of sectional power,trying to motivate people through resource allocation.Issues such as individual will,implementation costs and risk mitigation,which can only be seen from the bottom up,have not been adequately addressed.The article concludes with some suggestions on how to get out of the current dilemma.
