摘要 幼儿时期是人生发展的初级阶段,身心发展远未成熟和完善。幼儿家庭教育仍存在许多现实困境,主要体现为家长过度保护,忽视劳动习惯培养;教育内容片面,重智轻德现象严重;教育方法不当,忽视幼儿学习特征;指导支持有限,育儿能力亟需提升。从系统思维的视角来看,应对幼儿家庭教育困境,家长应承担起对学前儿童家庭教育的主体责任,教孩子学会做人,树立正确的家庭教育理念,建立良好的亲子关系,这就是破解幼儿家庭教育困境的“杠杆解”。 Early childhood is the early stage of life development,physical and mental development is far from mature and perfect.In the family education of young children,parents still overprotect them and neglect the cultivation of labor habits;the education content is one-sided and the phenomenon of valuing wisdom over morality is serious;improper educational methods,neglect of children’s learning characteristics;limited guidance and support,parenting ability should improve.From the perspective of system thinking,the“fundamental solution”to the dilemma of young children’s family education needs the joint efforts of family responsibility,state support,social coordination,legal responsibility and other parties.Parents should bear the main responsibility of young children’s family education,teaching children to learn to be,establish the correct concept of family education,establish a good parent-child relationship is the“leverage solution”to solve the dilemma of young children’s family education.
