针对性护理服务在新生儿黄疸治疗中的应用

Application of Targeted Nursing Service for Children with Neonatal Jaundice

目的:在黄疸新生儿药物治疗中实施针对性护理服务,观察这种护理模式效果及对医疗费用的影响。方法:随机选择2019年5月-2021年7月的56例新生儿黄疸医保病例,并随机分为对照组及观察组,两组分配人数均等。其中对照组予以常规护理模式,观察组采取针对性护理模式,并及时统计数据以及护理效果,最终对比两组患儿护理一个月后的黄疸症状、胆红素、医疗费用、自费费用及家属满意度。结果:观察组护理后的黄疸症状消失时间、血清总胆红素水平、医疗费用、自费费用显著低于对照组,并且家属满意度高于对照组。结论:针对性护理服务在新生儿黄疸治疗中可以缩短黄疸症状消失时间,减少自费费用,提高家属满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective:The study implemented targeted nursing services in the drug treatment of icteric newborns,and observed effect of the nursing model and its impact on medical expenses.Methods:56 newborns with icteric covered by medical insurance from May 2019 to July 2021 were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group.The distribution of the two groups was equal.The control group was given routine nursing mode,and the observation group was given targeted nursing mode.Data and nursing results were recorded in time,and the icteric symptoms,bilirubin,medical expenses,out-of-pocket payment and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared after one month.Results:The disappearance time of jaundice symptoms,serum total bilirubin level,medical expenses and out-of-pocket payment in the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the satisfaction of family members was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:The application of targeted nursing services in the drug treatment of neonatal jaundice children covered by medical insurance can shorten the disappearance time of jaundice symptoms,reduce the out-of-pocket payment,and improve the satisfaction of family members,which is worthy of promotion and application.
