摘要 农药被广泛用于农作物的病虫害防治以及提高农作物的产量和质量。但农药的长期使用会影响生态平衡并危害人体健康。因此,对农药残留的检测是保障食品安全和人体健康的重要措施。分子印迹技术是一种基于模拟自然界中“抗原-抗体”分子特异性识别作用的仿生分子识别技术,因其具有制备简单、灵敏度高、成本低、使用寿命长、化学稳定性好及高选择性等优点,在农药残留检测方面受到越来越多的关注,并显示出广阔的应用前景。本文简要介绍了分子印迹技术的基本原理和分子印迹聚合物的制备方法,着重介绍了该技术在农药残留检测中的研究进展,并对其未来发展趋势和目前面临的问题进行了概述,以期为分子印迹技术在农药残留检测中的应用提供参考。 Pesticides are widely used in controlling diseases and insect pests,and improving crop yield and quality.However,the long-term use of pesticides will affect the ecological balance and endanger human health.Therefore,the detection of pesticide residues is an important measure to ensure food safety and human health.Molecular imprinting technology is a biomimetic molecular recognition technology,which simulates the specific recognition of“antigen-antibody”molecules in nature.Due to its advantages of simple preparation,high sensitivity,low cost,long service life,good chemical stability and high selectivity,which has received more and more attention in the detection of pesticide residues,and it has shown a broad application prospect.This paper briefly introduces the basic principle of molecular imprinting technology and the preparation method of molecularly imprinted polymers,which focuses on the research progress of this technology in the detection of pesticide residues.And its future development trend and current problems faced by molecular imprinting technology are summarized.In order to provide reference for the application of molecular imprinting technology in the detection of pesticide residues.
