摘要
以3-苄基-2-甲基苯并噻唑溴化盐和6-羟基-2-萘甲醛为原料,合成了一种比色比率荧光探针HNB。在DMSO-H_(2)O(1∶1 V/V,HEPES,pH=7.4)体系中,HNB显示出对氰化物的选择性比色及比率荧光响应。HNB对CN^(-)的检测限为44.3 nM,远低于世界卫生组织饮用水氰化物标准。荧光共定位研究表明,HNB是一种特异性的线粒体靶向荧光探针,可通过双通道比率荧光成像检测活细胞中的CN^(-)。
A novel colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescent probe(HNB)was synthesized using 3-benzyl-2-methylbenzothiazole bromide and 6-hydroxy-2-naphthaldehyde as raw materials.In DMSO-H_(2)O(1∶1 V/V,HEPES,pH=7.4)solution,HNB showed a selective colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescence response to cyanide.The detection limit of HNB for CN^(-)is as low as 44.3 nM,well below the WHO standard for cyanide in drinking water.Fluorescence co-localization studies have shown that HNB is a specific mitochondria-targeted fluorescent probe that can detect CN^(-)in living cells by dual-channel ratiometric fluorescence imaging.
