摘要 聚苯胺因其具有特殊的导电性、化学性质稳定、原料易得和合成操作简易等特点,近年来,聚苯胺及其复合材料的应用成为了研究热点,特别是在超级电容器、传感器、金属防腐材料和吸附性能等方面。本文通过溶剂热法制备了球形C-TiO_(2),并合成了不同含量的C-TiO_(2)/聚苯胺复合材料,探讨了其吸附性能的影响因素,并对吸附动力学过程进行了初步的研究。实验表明:含量为4%的C-TiO_(2)/PANI吸附剂对甲基橙的吸附率高,可达90.9%;随着吸附剂的质量和温度的升高,C-TiO_(2)/PANI对甲基橙的吸附效果增强;通过对其吸附动力学和热力学研究可知,球型C-TiO_(2)/PANI复合材料吸附甲基橙的过程属于准二级动力学和Freundlich等温吸附模型。 Polyaniline(PANI)has the characteristics of special conductivity,stable chemical properties,easy availability of raw materials and easy synthesis operation.In recent years,the application of PANI and its composite materials has obtained a lot of attention,especially in supercapacitors,biosensors,metal anti-corrosion materials and adsorption performance.In this paper,spherical C-TiO_(2)was prepared by solvothermal method,and PANI composites with different contents of C-TiO_(2)were synthesized.The adsorption property of C-TiO_(2)/PANI as the adsorbent was studied.The influence such as the amount of C-TiO_(2),adsorption time and the weight of the adsorbent on the adsorption performance of C-TiO_(2)/PANI was investigated,and the adsorption kinetics of the adsorbent was also studied.The results were obtained that the adsorption ratio of 4%C-TiO_(2)/PANI was equal to 90.9%;with the mass of the absorbents and the temperature increasing,the adsorption ratio of methyl orange increased;The adsorption process of spherical C-TiO_(2)/PANI adsorbing methyl orange belongs to the quasi second-order kinetics and Freundlich isothermal adsorption model through the study of its adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics.
