碱刻蚀Cu_(2)O制备CuO/Cu_(2)O复合材料及其抑菌性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了应对细菌耐药性对生物带来的威胁,本论文通过简单碱刻蚀Cu_(2)O球制备CuO/Cu_(2)O复合材料,并采用XRD、XPS和TEM对材料的结构与形貌进行了表征。药敏试验结果表明,当NaOH/Cu_(2)O摩尔比为1∶3的CuO/Cu_(2)O复合材料表现出最高的抑菌活性,相比纯CuO和纯Cu_(2)O,CuO/Cu_(2)O复合材料对金黄色葡萄球菌有着更好的抑菌性能。并通过TEM初探了CuO/Cu_(2)O复合材料对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌作用的机理。本文制备的CuO/Cu_(2)O复合材料作为抗菌材料在公共设施领域及医用器具领域具有潜在的应用价值。 To counter the biological threat posed by bacterial resistance.In this work,CuO/Cu_(2)O composites were prepared by using simple alkali etched Cu_(2)O spheres,and the structure and morphology of the materials were characterized by XRD,XPS and TEM.The CuO/Cu_(2)O composites showed the highest bacterial inhibitory activity when the NaOH/Cu_(2)O molar ratio was 1∶3,and the CuO/Cu_(2)O composites had better antibacterial performance against S.aureus compared with pure CuO and pure Cu_(2)O,as demonstrated by the drug sensitivity test.The mechanism of antibacterial effect of CuO/Cu_(2)O composites on S.aureus was also initially investigated by TEM.The CuO/Cu_(2)O composites prepared in this paper have potential applications as antibacterial materials in the field of public facilities and medical appliances.
