摘要
目的探究妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)患者糖化白蛋白(GA)、白蛋白(Alb)水平与机体糖脂代谢关系紊乱的相关性。方法选取2018年6月—2020年6月期间德州联合医院接收的GDM患者125例为研究对象,按疾病类型分为对照组(不存在机体糖脂代谢关系紊乱,n=43)与观察组(存在机体糖脂代谢关系紊乱,n=82),分析GDM患者GA、Alb水平与机体糖脂代谢的关系。结果观察组GA、Alb水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组FPG、HbA1c、TC、TG、VLDL-C指标明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GA与FPG、HbA1c、TC呈正相关关系(P<0.05);Alb与FPG、VLDL-C呈正相关关系,与HbA1c呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论GDM患者糖脂代谢关系紊乱时存在GA、Alb增多现象,因此对GDM糖脂代谢关系紊乱患者不仅要改善血糖水平,还应从糖代谢、脂代谢、蛋白质代谢方面进行防治。
Objective To explore the relationship between glycosylated albumin(GA),albumin(Alb)levels and the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 125GDM patients admitted to Texas United Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the type of disease,they were divided into control group(without disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism,n=43)and observation group(with disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism,n=82).The relationship between GA and Alb levels and glucose and lipid metabolism in GDM patients was analyzed.Results The levels of GA and Alb in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The indexes of FPG,HbA1c,TC,TG and VLDL-C in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);GA was positively correlated with FPG,HbA1c and TC(P<0.05);ALB was positively correlated with FPG and VLDL-C and negatively correlated with HbA1c(P<0.05).Conclusion There is an increase of GA and ALB in GDM patients with disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism.Therefore,it is necessary not only to improve the blood glucose level,but also to prevent and treat the patients with disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism in terms of glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism and protein metabolism.
