摘要
目的分析老年2型糖尿病采用恩格列净联合二甲双胍方式治疗的临床疗效及对患者糖脂代谢影响作用。方法选取2020年9月—2021年8月北京泰康燕园康复医院收治的100例2型糖尿病老年患者为研究对象,奇偶数方式分配,常规组口服二甲双胍,研究组增加服用恩格列净,分析疗效。结果治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、三酰甘油低于常规组,空腹胰岛素、餐后2 h胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率均较低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年2型糖尿病的治疗中,恩格列净、二甲双胍联合使用,患者糖脂代谢能够得到充分改善,疗效良好。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of empagliflozin combined with metformin in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus and its effect on glucolipid metabolism.Methods From September 2020 to August 2021,a total of 100 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Beijing Taikang Yanyuan Rehabilitation Hospital were selected as the research objects,odd-even way allocation,the routine group took metformin orally,and the study group increased the use of empagliflozin,and the efficacy was analyzed.Results After treatment,the fasting blood sugar,2 h postprandial blood sugar,and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group were better than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,The total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride were lower than those in the routine group,fasting insulin,2 h postprandial insulin,and insulin resistance index were better than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in both groups was lower,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus,the combined use of empagliflozin and metformin can fully improve the glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with good curative effect.
