全面急诊护理干预在糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Emergency Nursing Intervention in Patients with Diabetic Ketoacidosis

目的探究对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者应用全面急诊护理干预的效果。方法选取2020年5月—2021年5月在福建医科大学附属协和医院接受治疗的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者80例为研究对象。按照数字表法随机分为观察组、对照组,每组40例。两组在医嘱下实行同种的常规用药,并接受常规的入院护理。观察组在此基础上加入全面急诊护理干预。对比两组酮症酸中毒症状纠正时间、尿酮体转阴时间、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、焦虑与抑郁评分、并发症发生率。结果护理前,两组FPG、2 hPG水平及焦虑、抑郁评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组酮症酸中毒症状纠正时间、尿酮体转阴时间,FPG、2 hPG水平,焦虑、抑郁评分,并发症发生率均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者应用全面急诊护理模式,在症状改善时间方面具有显著的优势,可以稳定患者的血糖水平和情绪状态,护理方法安全性高,患者出现并发症的概率较低,患者治疗时间缩短,有助于提升其生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive emergency nursing intervention on patients with diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods 80 patients with diabetes ketoacidosis who were treated in Union Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the number table method,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given the same kind of routine medication under the doctor’s advice and received routine hospital care.The observation group added comprehensive emergency nursing intervention on this basis.The time to correct symptoms of ketoacidosis,the time for urinary ketone body to turn negative,the fasting plasma glucose(FPG),and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),anxiety and depression scores,and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in FPG,2 hPG levels,anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the observation group’s ketoacidosis symptom correction time,urine ketone body turning negative time,FPG,2 hPG levels,anxiety and depression scores,and the incidence of complications were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing patients with diabetic ketoacidosis,applying the comprehensive emergency nursing model has significant advantages in symptom improvement time,the patient’s blood glucose level and emotional state can be stabilized,the nursing method is safe,and the patient’s risk of complications is low,and the treatment time of patients is shortened,which helps to improve their quality of life.
