护理干预在盆底肌功能训练预防妊娠糖尿病产后尿失禁中的应用效果

Application Effect of Nursing Intervention on Pelvic Floor Muscle Function Training in Preventing Postpartum Urinary Incontinence of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究护理干预在盆底肌功能训练预防妊娠糖尿病产后尿失禁中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月—2021年3月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的100例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机数表法分组,对照组(n=50)盆底肌功能训练中实施常规护理干预,观察组(n=50)盆底肌功能训练中实施优质护理干预,分析两组妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平、尿失禁发生情况及生活质量的差异性。结果观察组妊娠糖尿病患者的血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组尿失禁发生率为16.00%,低于对照组的52.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者产后盆底肌功能训练中实施优质护理干预,可更好控制患者的血糖水平及尿失禁发生率,且可提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention in pelvic floor muscle function training in preventing postpartum urinary incontinence in gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects and grouped by random number table.The control group(n=50)implemented routine nursing intervention in the pelvic floor muscle function training,and the observation group(n=50)implemented high-quality nursing intervention in the pelvic floor muscle function training.To analyzed the differences in blood glucose level,urinary incontinence and quality of life between the two groups of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Results The blood glucose level of the patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary incontinence in the observation group was 16.00%,which was lower than 52.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing high-quality nursing intervention in postpartum pelvic floor muscle function training in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can better control the blood glucose level and the incidence of urinary incontinence and can improve the quality of life of patients.
