分析行皮瓣修复术糖尿病足患者实施护理干预的效果

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Intervention in Patients with Diabetic Foot Undergoing Skin Flap Repair

目的研究分析对行皮瓣修复术糖尿病足患者实施护理干预的临床效果。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月在莆田市第一医院行皮瓣修复术的90例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为两组,各45例,对照组采取常规护理,研究组实施优质护理,比较两组患者的效果。结果护理后,研究组术后并发症发病情况、术后疼痛情况、术后恢复情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组血糖水平、患者心理状态、生存质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用优质护理方式对行皮瓣修复术糖尿病足患者进行干预,实施后可使患者术后恢复得到促进,加快患者术后康复进程,护理效果极佳。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of nursing intervention on patients with diabetic foot who underwent flap repair.Methods A total of 90 diabetic foot patients who underwent flap repair in Putian First Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The random number table method was divided into two groups with 45 cases each,the control group received routine nursing,and the study group implemented high-quality nursing,To compare the effect between the two patient groups.Results After nursing,the study group postoperative complications,postoperative pain,postoperative recovery was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose level,patient psychological status and quality of life of the study group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using high-quality nursing methods to intervene in patients with diabetic foot who underwent skin flap repair can promote postoperative recovery of patients,speed up the process of postoperative rehabilitation of patients,and the nursing effect is excellent.
