个性化饮食及运动干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的影响分析

Influence of Personalized Diet and Exercise Intervention on Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨个性化饮食与运动干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的影响。方法在2020年1月—2022年1月江苏省盱眙县人民医院收治的孕妇中,筛查出80例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇作为研究对象,基于随机数表法实施分组,对照组40例接受常规治疗,观察组40例接受个性化饮食与运动干预。对比两组孕妇血糖水平与不良妊娠结局(妊娠高血压、巨大儿、胎儿宫内窘迫)。结果观察组干预后血糖水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局发生率(5.00%)较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05)。结论个性化饮食控制配合运动干预疗法可以改善妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的血糖水平,避免不良妊娠结局的发生,维护母婴安全。

Objective To investigate the effect of personalized diet and exercise intervention on pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods Among the pregnant women admitted to Xuyi County People’s Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to January 2022,80 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were screened out as the observation objects of this study.Based on the random number table method,40 patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and 40 patients in the observation group received personalized diet and exercise intervention.The blood glucose levels and adverse pregnancy outcomes(gestational hypertension,macrosomia,and fetal distress)were compared between the two groups of pregnant women.Results The blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group(5.00%)was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized diet control combined with exercise intervention therapy can improve the blood glucose level of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus,avoid the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and maintain the safety of mothers and babies,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
