达格列净对2型糖尿病合并冠心病的治疗效果研究

Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Dapagliflozin on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究在2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者中添加达格列净治疗的临床效果。方法选取2018年5月—2021年5月临沂市精神卫生中心收治的2型糖尿病伴冠心病患者40例,将其以随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各20例,对照组采用常规治疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上添加达格列净治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白及胰岛β细胞水平优于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将达格列净运用在2型糖尿病并冠心病疾病治疗中,能够进一步提升临床治疗效果,使患者的临床指标控制在最佳范围内,减轻患者疾病的危害性。

Objective To study the clinical effect of adding dapagliflozin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods 40 Patients with type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease were admitted to Linyi Mental Health Center from May 2018 to May 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with dapagliflozin on a control group basis.The final treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The blood glucose levels,HbA1c,and islet cells were better than those in the control group in the observation group were better than that of the control group,and the total effective rate to treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dapagliflozin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease can further improve the clinical treatment effect,which is the best range for the control of various clinical indicators of patients and reduces the harm of the disease.
