护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响

The Effect of Nursing Intervention on Blood Glucose Control in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的讨论护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响。方法随机选取2019年1月—2021年1月费县疾病预防控制中心收治的80例妊娠糖尿病患者,依据患者就诊时间的差异,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组患者采用常规方式护理,观察组在对照组基础上使用综合性护理干预,对两组患者的心理状况、妊娠结局及血糖控制情况进行比对分析。结果护理后,和对照组相比,观察组患者餐前血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SDS评分及SAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在妊娠糖尿病患者中发挥了较好的作用,可明显改善患者的血糖水平以及心理状态,患者对护理工作的满意程度较高。

Objective To discuss the effect of nursing intervention on blood glucose control in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who were admitted to Feixian Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly selected.According to the difference in the patients’visit time,they were divided into the control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing,while the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on a control group basis.The psychological status,pregnancy outcome and blood glucose control of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results After nursing,compared with the control group,the levels of preprandial blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were all lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SDS score and SAS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention plays a good role in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,and can significantly improve the blood glucose level and psychological state of patients,and patients have a high degree of satisfaction with nursing work.
