循证护理与常规护理应用于老年2型糖尿病患者护理中的价值比较研究

A Comparative Study on the Value of Evidence-based Nursing and Routine Nursing in Nursing of Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的对比老年2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者护理中采用循证护理、常规护理的价值。方法选择2020年1月—2021年3月石首市人民医院接诊的70例老年T2DM患者,随机分为观察组(n=35,提供循证护理)、对照组(n=35,提供常规护理),评价两组血糖相关指标、自护能力测定量表(ESCA)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、依从程度。结果护理前,两组血糖相关指标、ESCA、SDS、SAS差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理6个月后,观察组血糖相关指标、ESCA、SDS、SAS优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组依从程度(91.43%)优于对照组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年T2DM患者实施循证护理,能够提高依从程度,改善自护行为,增强血糖控制效果,减轻负性情绪。

Objective To compare the value of evidence-based nursing and routine nursing in nursing of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with T2DM who were admitted to Shishou People’s Hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=35,provided with evidence-based nursing),control group(n=35,provided with routine care).Blood glucose-related indicators,Self-care Ability Assessment Scale(ESCA),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and degree of compliance were evaluated between two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose related indexes,ESCA,SDS and SAS between two groups(P>0.05).After 6months of nursing,the blood glucose related indexes,ESCA,SDS and SAS of the observation group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of observation group(91.43%)was better than the control group(71.43%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidencebased nursing for elderly patients with T2DM can improve compliance,improve self-care behavior,enhance blood glucose control,and reduce negative emotions.
