胸外肿瘤合并糖尿病患者围术期护理干预方法与价值评估

Perioperative Nursing Intervention Methods and Value Evaluation in Patients with Extrathoracic Tumors and Diabetes Mellitus

目的评估接受手术治疗的胸外肿瘤伴糖尿病患者围术期护理干预方法的应用价值。方法选择2019年7月—2021年5月东明县人民医院诊治的100例胸外肿瘤伴糖尿病患者作为研究对象,用随机掷骰子法分为两组,每组50例。参照组予以常规护理,实践组予以围术期综合护理。对比两组患者心理状态、围术期并发症及满意度。结果实践组干预后焦虑自评量表评分(23.12±3.31)分、抑郁自评量表评分(35.13±3.14)分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=29.664、12.463,P<0.001);实践组围术期并发症发生率(4.00%)较参照组(18.00%)明显更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.005,P=0.025);实践组护理满意度为94.00%,较参照组的78.00%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.315,P=0.021)。结论胸外肿瘤合并糖尿病患者围术期实施综合护理干预方法在改善情绪、降低并发症、提高满意度等方面效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the application value of perioperative nursing intervention methods in patients with extrathoracic tumors and diabetes undergoing surgical treatment.Methods A total of 100 patients with extrathoracic tumors and diabetes who were diagnosed and treated in Dongming County People’s Hospital from July 2019 to May2021 were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,the practice group received comprehensive perioperative care.Comparison of psychological status,perioperative complications and satisfaction of patients between the two groups.Results The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(23.12±3.31)points and Self-rating Depression Scale(35.13±3.14)points of the practice group after intervention were lower than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=29.664,12.463,P<0.001).The incidence of perioperative complications in the practice group(4.00%)was significantly lower than that in the reference group(18.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.005,P=0.025).The nursing satisfaction of the practice group was 94.00%,which was higher than that of the reference group,which was 78.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.315,P=0.021).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention method in the perioperative period for patients with extrathoracic tumors and diabetes mellitus is effective in improving mood,reducing complications,and improving satisfaction,which is worthy of reference.
