自我管理为导向的5A护理模式对糖尿病(DM)患者血糖水平的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Self-management-oriented 5A Nursing Model on Blood Glucose Level in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus(DM)

目的分析自我管理为导向的5A护理模式对糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者血糖水平的影响。方法选取三明市第二医院2020年1—10月收治的DM患者300例,以随机数表法分组,每组150例。其中对照组采用常规护理,研究组予以自我管理为向导的5A护理。比较两组患者护理前后的糖尿病相关知识掌握评分、血糖指标水平,患者对自我管理的依从性,统计患者的护理满意度。结果护理后两组患者对糖尿病相关知识掌握评分明显升高,其中研究组明显高于对照组,而血糖指标水平较护理前下降,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者对用药、饮食、运动、生活、治疗的自我管理依从性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者对护理的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者护理中,实施以自我管理为导向的5A护理模式可明显的提升患者对疾病相关知识的掌握程度,平稳降低血糖水平,提高患者自我管理的依从性,患者满意率高效果理想。

Objective To analyze the effect of self-management-oriented 5A nursing mode on blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods A total of 300 DM patients who were admitted to the Second Hospital of Sanming City from January to October 2020 were selected and grouped by random number table method,with 150cases in each group.Among them,used the control group routine nursing,and the study group used the 5A nursing guided by self-management.The scores of diabetes-related knowledge mastery,blood glucose index levels before and after nursing,patients’compliance with self-management were compared between the two groups,and the nursing satisfaction rate of patients was counted.Results After nursing,the scores of diabetes millitus-related knowledge of the two groups of patients were significantly increased,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group,while the blood glucose index levels were lower than those before nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-management compliance of patients in the study group on medication,diet,exercise,life and treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of diabetic patients,the implementation of the self-management-oriented 5A nursing model can significantly improve the patients’mastery of disease-related knowledge,steady reduce the blood glucose levels,improvement of patient self-management compliance,and high patient satisfaction rate are ideal.
