沙格列汀片联合替米沙坦片治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Saxagliptin Tablets Combined with Telmisartan Tablets in the Treatment of Early Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨沙格列汀片联合替米沙坦片治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病的有效性及安全性。方法选取2021年1月—2022年2月齐齐哈尔建华医院收治的120例早期2型糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,依据随机抽签法分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)。对照组采用沙格列汀片治疗,观察组采用沙格列汀片联合替米沙坦片治疗。比较两组治疗疗效、肾功能指标、炎性指标、血糖指标。结果治疗后,观察组临床治疗有效率95.00%高于对照组83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肾功能指标及炎性指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血尿素氮、血尿素、血肌酐及超敏C反应蛋白均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血糖指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于早期2型糖尿病肾病临床治疗中应用沙格列汀片联合替米沙坦片效果理想,可提升临床治疗有效率,改善肾功能指标、炎性指标及血糖指标,利于患者病情好转以及恢复,值得临床推广和运用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of saxagliptin tablets combined with telmisartan tablets in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes and early diabetic nephropathy who were admitted to Jianhua Hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to random drawing,they were divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60).The control group was treated with saxagliptin tablets,and the observation group was treated with saxagliptin tablets combined with telmisartan tablets.The therapeutic efficacy,renal function indexes,inflammatory indexes and blood glucose indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 95.00%higher than that in the control group 83.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in renal function indexes and inflammatory indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,blood urea nitrogen,blood urea,serum creatinine and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of saxagliptin tablets combined with telmisartan tablets in the clinical treatment of early diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes has an ideal effect,improves the clinical treatment efficiency,improves renal function indicators,inflammatory indicators and blood glucose indicators,which is conducive to the improvement and recovery of patients’condition,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
