半导体激光联合全视网膜光凝术治疗糖尿病新生血管性青光眼的效果分析 被引量:4

Analysis of the Effect of Semiconductor Laser Combined with Panretinal Photocoagulation in the Treatment of Diabetic Neovascular Glaucoma

摘要 目的分析糖尿病新生血管性青光眼患者应用半导体激光联合全视网膜光凝术治疗的临床疗效。方法抽取2015年5月—2020年8月在福州东南眼科医院接受治疗的糖尿病新生血管性青光眼患者50例为研究对象,以数字随机法对其进行分组,单独应用810 nm半导体激光术治疗的为对照组(n=25),采取810 nm半导体激光术+全视网膜光凝术治疗的为研究组(n=25),对比两组临床疗效。结果与对照组相比较,术后2周研究组患者眼压更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1、3、5 d两组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)均呈明显下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组间VAS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对糖尿病新生血管性青光眼患者应用半导体激光联合全视网膜光凝术治疗可显著改善患者眼压,具有较高应用价值。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of semiconductor laser combined with panretinal photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic neovascular glaucoma.Methods Fifty patients with diabetic neovascular glaucoma who were treated in Fuzhou Southeast Eye Hospital from May 2015 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were grouped by numerical random method,and the control group(n=25)was treated with 810 nm semiconductor laser alone.Those who took 810 nm semiconductor laser surgery+panretinal photocoagulation were the study group(n=25).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the intraocular pressure in the study group was lower 2 weeks after the operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Visual Analogue Score(VAS)scores of the two groups showed a significant downward trend at 1 d,3 d,and 5 d after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of semiconductor laser combined with panretinal photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic neovascular glaucoma can significantly improve the intraocular pressure of the patients and high application value.
