Evaluation on the Contents of Bioactive Components and Antioxidant Activity of Lonicera caerulea Fruit from Different Provenances

摘要 【目的】为了研究不同种源蓝靛果果实中生物活性成分含量以及抗氧化能力的差异,为蓝靛果的定向选育和高效利用提供科学参考。【方法】利用生理生化实验方法,测定黑龙江(美溪、乌伊岭、友好、凤凰山、尚志)和吉林(延吉、安图)等种源的蓝靛果果实中花色苷、黄酮、多酚、可溶性糖含量以及果实的DPPH清除率和ABTS+清除率。【结果】7个种源的蓝靛果果实的花色苷、总酚、黄酮和可溶性糖的平均含量分别为0.59 mg·g^(-1)、1.99 mg·g^(-1)、3.88 mg·g^(-1)和15.62 mg·g^(-1),DPPH和ABTS+的平均清除率分别为36.73%和32.84%。花色苷含量与黄酮含量、ABTS+清除率呈显著正相关,与DPPH清除率呈极显著正相关,黄酮含量与可溶性糖含量呈显著正相关,与DPPH清除率呈极显著正相关。【结论】黑龙江种源的蓝靛果果实花色苷、总酚、总黄酮、可溶性糖平均含量以及抗氧化能力均值高于吉林种源。蓝靛果果实中生物活性成分含量与抗氧化能力存在一定的相关性,花色苷含量越高,黄酮含量也越高,果实的抗氧化能力就越强。因此可以考虑将花色苷、黄酮作为蓝靛果优株选择的重要指标。 【Objective】This paper aims to study the differences of bioactive components content and antioxidant capacity of Lonicera caerulea fruits from different provenances,so as to provide scientific reference for directional breeding and efficient utilization of Lonicera caerulea fruit.【Method】Through physiological and biochemical experiments,the contents of anthocyanins,flavones,polyphenols and soluble sugars,as well as the clearance rates of DPPH and ABTS+of Lonicera caerulea fruits from Heilongjiang Province(Meixi,Wuyiling,Youyou,Fenghuangshan,Shangzhi)and Jilin(Yanji,Antu)were determined.【Results】The average contents of anthocyanins,total phenols,flavonoids and soluble sugars were 0.59 mg·g^(-1),1.99 mg·g^(-1),3.88 mg·g^(-1)and 15.62 mg·g^(-1),respectively,and the average clearance rates of DPPH and ABTS+were 36.73%and 32.84%,respectively.Anthocyanin content was significantly positively correlated with flavonoid content,ABTS+clearance rate,and extremely significantly positively correlated with DPPH clearance rate.Flavonoid content was significantly positively correlated with soluble sugar content,and extremely significantly positively correlated with DPPH clearance rate.【Conclusion】The average contents of anthocyanins,total phenols,total flavonoids,soluble sugar and antioxidant capacity of Lonicera caerulea fruits from Heilongjiang provenances were higher than those from Jilin provenances.There was a certain correlation between the content of bioactive components and antioxidant capacity of Lonicera caerulea fruit.The higher the content of anthocyanins and flavonoids,the stronger the antioxidant capacity of Lonicera caerulea fruit.Therefore,anthocyanins and flavonoids can be considered as important indices in the selection of Lonicera caerulea fruit.
