大数据时代高校教师管理改革措施研究——基于个体行为方式转变的视角 被引量:1

摘要 大数据对经济社会发展产生了深刻的影响,即在化解信息不对称基础上个体向实现决策双方共同利益最大化的行为方式转变。大数据时代个体行为方式转变对高校教师也产生了重要影响,包括更加注重与高校间的利益对等、教师自身能力差异与高校错位发展方向的偏离带来彼此多次适岗选择、教师行为方式的学习效应与联动反应等。这些影响导致高校面临师资流动带来的不稳定性加剧、教师管理体制趋同化与差异化发展之间的矛盾、高层次人才流动的示范效应导致高校成为人才中转站等挑战。高校应在教师管理工作中贯彻命运共同体理念,构建大数据教师管理系统,实施差异化教师管理服务,完善教师考核评价体系,以推动高校自身的发展。 Big data has had a profound impact on economic and social development, namely, the behavioral change of individuals to maximize the common interests of both sides in decision-making by resolving information asymmetry with big data. Transformation in individual behavior has also influenced college teachers significantly, which includes paying more attention to equivalence in interests between colleges and teachers, the deviation between the ability difference of college teachers and the misplaced development direction of colleges which leads to multiple job choices, and the learning effect and interaction effect of college teachers’ behavior. These effects lead to the increasing instability caused by the flow of teachers, the contradiction between the assimilation of the system for university teacher management and differential in development, and the demonstration effect of high-level talent mobility leads some universities to become talent transfer stations. Thus, universities should create a community of shared future, build teacher management system based on big data, implement differentiated teacher management services, and improve the teacher assessment and evaluation system in order to promote the development of universities.
