尼勒克县新疆黑蜂蜂蜜理化指标数据集

A dataset of physicochemical properties in Xinjiang Black Bee Honey from Nilka County

尼勒克县新疆黑蜂保护区内,植物资源丰富、地理环境优越、养蜂历史悠久,一直以来是酿造高品质蜂蜜的优势产区,但未有研究检测过该地区新疆黑蜂蜂蜜理化品质。收集尼勒克新疆黑蜂保护区7个养殖基地新疆黑蜂蜂蜜的样本,记录相关地理信息,并按照相关国家标准方法测定理化指标含量,包括所有养殖基地的蜂蜜样本中葡萄糖和果糖、蔗糖、淀粉酶活性和水分含量指标。建立本数据集,可为尼勒克新疆黑蜂蜂蜜品质评价提供数据支撑。

In the Xinjiang Black Bee reserve area of Nilka County with rich plant resources,superior geographic environment and long history of apiculture,it has been a superior production area for brewing high-quality honey,but there is no research system to show the Physicochemical Quality of Xinjiang Black Bee Honey.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a data set of physicochemical indexes of Xinjiang Black Bee Honey in Nilka.By collecting samples of Xinjiang Black Bee Honey from 7 cultured sites in the Nilka region,recording relevant geographic information,and determining the physicochemical index contents according to relevant national standard methods,including indicators of glucose and fructose,sucrose,amylase activity,and water content in honey samples from all cultured sites.Quality determination was performed according to national industry standards,and this dataset was established to provide data support for evaluation of Xinjiang Black Bee Honey quality in Nilka.
