摘要
越来越多的研究表明氨基酸及其部分代谢产物具有生物活性,能够调节机体生命活动。尼勒克县地处伊犁河谷腹地,位于新疆黑蜂保护区,是酿造高品质蜂蜜的优势产区。本研究收集尼勒克地区7个养殖基地新疆黑蜂蜂蜜样品,按照相关国家标准方法测定16种水解氨基酸(天冬氨酸、丝氨酸、苏氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸、组氨酸、精氨酸、脯氨酸、酪氨酸)含量。尼勒克县7个养殖基地新疆黑蜂蜂蜜水解氨基酸总含量种类丰富,且各基地均以脯氨酸含量最高,药效氨基酸占比较高。本数据集将为研究尼勒克新疆黑蜂蜂蜜氨基酸含量及组成提供数据支持。
More and more studies have shown that amino acids and some of their metabolites are biologically active and can regulate the vital activities of the body.Located in the hinterland of the Ili River valley,Nilka County is in the Xinjiang Black Bee conservation area,an advantageous production area for brewing highquality honey.In this study,we collected honey samples from seven breeding bases of Xinjiang Black Bee in Nilka area and determined the contents of 16 hydrolyzed amino acids(aspartic acid,serine,threonine,glutamic acid,glycine,alanine,valine,methionine,isoleucine,leucine,phenylalanine,lysine,histidine,arginine,proline and tyrosine)according to the relevant national standard methods.The total hydrolyzed amino acid content of Xinjiang Black Bee Honey from the seven breeding bases in Nilka County was rich in variety.Proline content ranked first and the percentage of medicinal amino acids were higher in all bases.This dataset can provide data support to study the amino acid content and the composition of Xinjiang Black Bee Honey in Nilka.
