ECMO联合CRRT体外循环管路的管理规范指标体系的构建

Construction of the management standard index system of ECMO combined with CRRT cardiopulmonary bypass pipeline

目的建立系统、科学的体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)联合连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)体外循环管路的管理规范,为临床实践提供参考依据。方法建立医护研究小组,循证理论指导下查阅文献资料,经专家访谈、课题小组讨论、德尔菲法构建ECMO联合CRRT体外循环管路的管理规范指标体系。结果共进行了两轮专家咨询,两轮咨询专家积极系数均为100%,权威系数为0.938,最终形成ECMO联合CRRT体外循环管路的管理规范指标体系。结论本研究构建的ECMO联合CRRT体外循环管路的管理规范具有较强的科学性、系统性及应用性。

Objective To establish a systematic and scientific management standard of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)combined with continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)extracorporeal circulation pipeline,so as to provide reference basis for clinical practice.Methods A medical research group was established,the literature was consulted under the guidance of evidence-based theory,and the management standard index system of ECMO combined with CRRT cardiopulmonary bypass pipeline was formed through expert interview,subject group discussion and Delphi method.Results Two rounds of expert consultations were conducted.The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultations were both 100%.The authority coefficient of experts was 0.938.Finally,the management standard index system of ECMO combined with CRRT cardiopulmonary bypass pipeline was formed.Conclusion The management standard of ECMO combined with CRRT cardiopulmonary bypass pipeline constructed in this study is scientific,systematic and applicable.
