长三角区域金融发展对产业结构升级的机理研究——基于科技进步中介效应的分析

Mechanism of Financial Development to Industrial Structure Upgrading in Yangtze River Delta——Analysis on the Intermediary Effect of Scientific and Technological Progress

长三角区域产业发展与产业结构优化升级与政策环境、金融环境、产业环境与科技环境等因素关系密切,以2010—2019年数据为基础,基于科技进步中介效应,建立中介效应模型作为切入点,论证长三角区域金融发展与产业结构升级之间存在的联系。得出如下结论:金融发展对产业结构升级起推动作用,且在此过程中科技进步发挥着显著中介作用。基于以上研究,提出完善长三角综合发展体系夯实产业升级基础、鼓励金融创新增强产业结构升级内生动力、强化金融市场监管优化产业升级环境以及增加科研投入协同促进产业结构优化升级等推进长三角区域产业结构优化升级的针对性对策建议,并分析对其他区域的启示,为其他区域产业结构升级及整体发展提供有益借鉴。

Industrial development and industrial structure optimization and upgrading in the Yangtze River Delta are closely related to factors such as policy environment, financial environment, industrial environment and technological environment. Based on the data from 2010 to 2019 and the intermediary effect of technological progress, we have established an intermediary effect model and demonstrated the relationship between the financial development of the Yangtze River Delta and the upgrading of industrial structure. The conclusion is as follows: financial development promotes the upgrading of industrial structure;scientific and technological progress plays a significant intermediary role in the process. Based on the above research, we propose to improve the comprehensive development system of the Yangtze River Delta to consolidate the foundation for industrial upgrading, encourage financial innovation to enhance the endogenous power of industrial structure upgrading, strengthen financial market supervision, optimize the industrial upgrading environment, and increase scientific research input to promote industrial structure optimization and upgrading. This study also serves as useful reference for other regions.
