超高分子量聚乙烯非等温结晶性能研究

摘要 超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维在实际生产中,不同分子量的原料加工性能存在差异,而材料的结晶行为会对其加工过程和最终产品的性能产生影响。本文使用非等温结晶和连续自成核-退火热分级(SSA)方法研究了不同分子量的UHMWPE的结晶性能。实验结果表明:随着分子量的增加,UHMWPE的相对结晶度下降了约4%,结晶能力呈下降趋势;分子量较高的UHMWPE样品晶片厚度小,表明其结晶能力较差。 UHMWPE is a very important high-performance fiber.It is found that the processing performance of UHMWPE raw materials with different molecular weight is different,and the crystallization behavior of the material will affect the processing process and the performance of the final product.This paper studies the crystallization properties of UHMWPE with different molecular weights using non-isothermal crystallization and continuous grading(SSA)methods.The experimental results show that the relative degree of crystallinity of UHMWPE was decreased by about 4%,and the wafer thickness of UHMWPE samples with higher molecular weight was decreased.
