热电联产企业碳排放数据处理及减排对策研究

摘要 在现行碳交易约束机制下,发电行业重点排放单位的碳排放量并非由在线仪表监测获得,而是由一系列相关的统计数据及检测数据计算所得,因此,相关统计及检测数据的准确性、数据处理方法的正确性以及检测标准是否符合核算指南及相关政策的要求,直接影响到碳排放量、碳配额量的核算结果的真实性。本文阐述了碳排放数据处理中的常见错误,提出了改进建议,并以某热电联产企业的实例演示数据处理的过程,同时提出了企业应采用的减排对策,以降低企业履约成本或扩大经济收益。 Under the current carbon trading constraint mechanism,the carbon emissions of key emission units in the power generation industry are not monitored by online instruments,but calculated by a series of relevant statistical data and detection data.Therefore,the accuracy of relevant statistics and detection data,the correctness of data processing methods,and whether the testing standards meet the requirements of accounting guidelines and relevant policies directly affect the authenticity of the accounting results of carbon emissions and carbon quotas.This paper expounds the common errors in carbon emission data processing,puts forward improvement suggestions,and demonstrates the process of data processing with an example of a cogeneration enterprise.At the same time,it puts forward the emission reduction countermeasures that should be adopted by the enterprise to reduce the contract performance cost or expand economic benefits.
