混合现实技术在八年制临床医学生神经影像教学中的应用探索 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨混合现实技术(mixed reality technology,MRT)在临床医学生神经影像教学中的应用价值。方法选取西安交通大学参加神经影像学习的71名八年制临床医学生作为研究对象,其中2015级和2017级学生分别为34名和37名。依照当年教学条件,2017级纳入试验组,接受混合现实教学模式;2015级归为对照组,接受传统教学模式。教学活动结束后对两组学生进行神经影像基础知识、基本技能考核和问卷调查。结果神经影像考核显示,试验组学生的神经解剖基础和神经影像诊断成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。问卷调查显示,在增强课堂注意力、提高学习兴趣、加强教学互动性和促进知识理解方面,试验组学生对混合现实教学模式的满意度普遍高于对照组学生对传统教学模式的满意度,两组差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论混合现实教学模式有助于促进临床医学生对神经影像基础知识和基本技能的掌握,提高教学满意度,有一定的应用前景。 Objective To explore the application value of mixed reality technology in Neuroi-mage teaching for clinical medical students.Methods 71 clinical medical students of eight-year program from Xi an Jiaotong University who participated in the learning of Neuroimaging were selected,with 34 students from class of 2015 and 37 enrolled in 2017.According to teaching conditions of those days,students from the class of 2017 were included in the experimental group and taught with the teaching mode of mixed reality technology,while students enrolled in 2015 were put into the control group with traditional teaching mode.After teaching,assessment of basic knowledge and skills of Neuroimaging as well as questionnaire survey were given to the two groups.Results Neuroimaging assessment indicated that the experimental group achieved higher scores than the control group in foundation of neurotomy and diagnosis of neuroimaging,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the questionnaire survey,in terms of enhancing class attention,improving learning interest,strengthening teaching interaction as well as promoting comprehension of knowledge,the experimental group had higher satisfaction with mixed reality teaching mode compared with the control group s satisfaction with traditional teaching mode,and the difference is of statistic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Mixed reality teaching is helpful for medical students to improve the fundamental knowledge and skills in Neuroimaging as well as the satisfaction to the teaching activity,hence it has a broad applica-tion prospect.
