摘要
某制革企业原有污水处理采用“预曝气调节池→初沉→氧化沟→二沉池→芬顿→斜管沉淀池”处理工艺,随着生产规模的扩大和废水排放标准的提高,原有工艺不能满足处理要求。通过对制革废水原有废水处理系统进行改造,采用“调节沉淀→预缺氧池→A/O池→二沉池→芬顿处理→斜管沉淀”处理工艺后,出水主要污染物浓度均能满足《惠济河流域水污染物排放标准》(DB41/918-2014)表1标准要求,处理成本下降,污染物得到了有效削减,具有较好的环境效益和经济效益。
The original wastewater treatment system in a tannery, whose process is "pre-aeration regulation tank →initial sedimentation →oxidation ditch →secondary sedimentation tank →Fenton treatment → inclined pipe sedimentation tank",cannot meet the treatment requirements owing to the expansion of production scale and the improvement of wastewater discharge standards. Thus, the transformation project of the original wastewater treatment system was conducted, in which the treatment process of "adjusting sedimentation →pre-anoxic tank →A/O tank →second sedimentation tank →Fenton treatment→inclined pipe precipitation" was adopted. The concentrations of main pollutants in the effluent of the modified system can meet the standard requirements shown in Table 1 of "Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants in Huiji River Basin"(DB41/918-2014). Furthermore, the treatment cost was decreased and the pollutants were effectively reduced,which has good environmental and economic benefits.
