摘要 在进行变电站选型时,常过多关注初期投资的成本,而忽略了对全过程费用的分析,出现实际支出远超预算的情况。针对变电站在初步设计阶段如何经济合理地选择配电装置类型的问题,建立基于全寿命周期成本(life cycle cost,LCC)理论的变电站经济评价模型。以海外某230 kV变电站为例,计算了气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)变电站和空气绝缘开关设备(air insulated switchgear,AIS)变电站全寿命周期内的成本,得到变电站选型的最优方案。 When making substation selection decisions,attention is often paid to the initial investment cost,and the analysis of the entire process cost is ignored which leads to the actual expenditure far exceeds the original budget.Aiming at how to economically and reasonably select the type of power distribution device in the substation preliminary design stage,an economic evaluation model of the substation based on the life cycle cost(LCC)theory is established.Taking a 230 kV substation as an example,the cost of the gas insulated switchgear(GIS)substation and the air insulated switchgear(AIS)substation during the life cycle was calculated,and the optimal substation selection was obtained.
