新时代推进高校意识形态风险防范机制建设探析

On Promoting the Construction of Ideological Risk-preventing Mechanism in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

当前,我国意识形态领域斗争依然复杂,面临的风险挑战依然严峻。意识形态工作本质上是政治工作,高校必须绷紧政治这根弦,提高预判力和把控力,切实担起防范意识形态风险之责。新时代下,从建立健全集风险研判、评估、预警、处置等为一体的机制入手,着力把制度优势转化为治理效能,是新时代高校意识形态风险防范的题中应有之义。

At present,the struggle in the field of ideology in China is still complicated;the risks and challenges we face are still severe.Ideological work is essentially the political work;colleges and uni⁃versities must attach great importance to politics,improve their ability of prediction and control and take responsibility of preventing from ideological risks.In the new era,we should start with the estab⁃lishment and improvement of systems and mechanisms integrating risk analysis,risk assessment,risk alarm and risk disposal into one,and thus transform the institutional advantage into governance efficien⁃cy to prevent the ideological risk in colleges and universities.
