宿迁市城市竞争力分析及提升策略研究

An Analysis of the Urban Competitiveness of Suqian City and Research on the Corresponding Improving Strategy

选择与宿迁直接竞争的苏北地区城市为样本,构建城市竞争力指标体系,使用熵值法测算城市竞争力指数,结果表明:宿迁城市综合竞争力始终居于苏北地区末位;按照贡献从大到小依次为经济发展竞争力、基础设施竞争力和人力资源竞争力。建议从加快产业结构调整,促进经济量质齐升;推进转型整合,提升基础设施能级;培育引进并举,加快人力资源集聚;把握竞合关系,实现区域协同发展等四个方面提升宿迁城市竞争力。

This paper selects the cities in Northern Jiangsu that directly compete with Suqian as the sample,constructs the urban competitiveness index system,and uses the entropy method to calculate the urban competitiveness index.The results show that the comprehensive competitiveness of Suqian al⁃ways ranks last in Northern Jiangsu,economic development competitiveness,infrastructure competitive⁃ness and human resources competitiveness are listed according to the contribution from large to small.It is suggested to improve the urban competitiveness from four aspects:to promote the improvement of economic quantity and quality by speeding up the adjustment of industrial structure;to propel the ener⁃gy level of infrastructure by boosting transformation and integration;to accelerate the agglomeration of human resources by simultaneous cultivation and introduction;to realize regional coordinated develop⁃ment by grasping the relationship of competition and cooperation.
