摘要
以高校教学管理工作为例,结合MBTI职业性格测试理论,将视角转向探讨如何在实际工作中合理运用MBTI职业性格测试理论中的各个认知维度以及人格类型与教学管理工作的风格匹配。研究认为各认知倾向之间是互相依存、相辅相成和互相转化的关系,建议平衡使用各认知功能,并根据工作要求有所侧重和有意识地发展完善。
This study,combining with the basic categories of MBTI,takes college teaching administra⁃tion as an example,and discusses how to use cognitive categories and personality types in the MBTI theory of professional character testing to match the styles of teaching administration.It is concluded that the cognitive tendencies are in the relationship of mutual dependence,supplementatation,transfor⁃mation.It is suggested to use cognitive functions in a balanced way,give emphasis according to the practical requirements of work,develop and perfect administrators’competence consciously.
