The Achievements and Experiences of the Party Building in Primary and SecondarySchools since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China

党的十八大以来,中小学校党的建设工作的领导制度、管理体制和工作机制不断健全,中小学校党的领导全面加强;中小学校党的建设工作不断规范和完善,党组织建设水平明显提升;“党建+”格局的构建,实现了党建业务深度融合,党建引领中小学校教书育人工作得以全面推进。中小学校党的建设工作的基本经验:以加强顶层设计、完善制度体系、坚持党对教育工作的全面领导为工作主线;以贯彻落实全面从严治党战略方针为鲜明主题和根本原则;以落实立德树人根本任务、办人民满意的教育为根本价值目标。

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the leadership system,management system and working mechanism of the Party building in primary and secondary schools have been continuously improved,and the leadership of the Party in primary and secondary schools has been comprehensively strengthened;the Party building has been constantly standardized and improved,and the level of the Party organization building has been significantly improved;the construction of the“Party building+”pattern has realized the deep integration of the Party building business,the Party building has comprehensively promoted the work of imparting knowledge and cultivating students in primary and secondary schools.The basic experience of the Party building in primary and secondary schools includes the following:taking strengthening the top-level design,improving the system and adhering to the Party’s overall leadership over education as the main line of work,taking implementing the strategic policy to comprehensively and strictly governing the Party as the distinct theme and fundamental principle,taking accomplishing the fundamental mission of fostering morality and cultivating people and the education that the people are satisfied with as the fundamental value goals.
