翻转课堂在物流管理专业课教学中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 翻转课堂是一种新的教学理念和方式,强调“以学生为中心”,将传统教学过程进行翻转,把学生学习新知识的过程置于课前,课内时间则用于讨论、分享及质疑。翻转课堂的实施有利于提升学生的学习参与性,增强学生自主学习的能力。翻转课堂使教师与学生的关系发生积极转变,学生成为知识的主角和创造者。本文在阐释翻转课堂基本理念的基础上,探讨了翻转课堂在物流管理专业课教学中的应用,将教学过程设计为教学目标及内容设计、课前自主学习、课中教学、课后巩固和改进4个阶段,并提出了提升翻转课堂教学效果的对策,包括充分考虑学生的差异性、改变教师的教学理念、健全教育信息化服务系统。 Flipped classroom is a new teaching concept and method, emphasizing “student-centered”, flipping the traditional teaching process, putting students’ learning process of new knowledge before class, and using class time for discussion, sharing and questioning. The implementation of flipped classroom is conducive to enhancing students’ participation in learning and enhancing their autonomous learning ability. Flipped classroom changes the relationship between teachers and students, and students become the leading role and creator of knowledge. Based on the explanation for the theory of flipped classroom, the paper analyzed the application of flipped classroom in the teaching of logistics management. The process of teaching was designed into four stages including the design of teaching objectives and contents, self-learning before class, in class teaching,consolidation and improvement after class;and countermeasures to improve the teaching effect of flipped classroom were put forward, including considering the differences of students, changing the teaching philosophy of teachers, and improving the information service system of education.
