超敏C反应蛋白联合中性粒细胞CD64在病毒感染性疾病中的诊断价值及效能

The diagnostic value and efficacy of hypersensitive C-reactive protein combined with neutrophil CD64 in viral infectious diseases

目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)联合中性粒细胞CD64在病毒感染性疾病中的诊断价值及效能。方法选择2019年5月至2021年2月疑似病毒感染性疾病患者128例作为对象,采用免疫比浊法测定hs-CRP水平;采用FC500流式细胞仪测定患者中性粒细胞CD64水平,采用细胞定量分析软件转换为中性粒细胞CD64的量;以病毒分离培养结果为“金标准”,分析hs-CRP、中性粒细胞CD64在病毒感染性疾病中的检出率;计算并绘制受试者工作特征曲线(ROC),分析hs-CRP、中性粒细胞CD64及二者联合在病毒感染性疾病中的诊断效能。结果hs-CRP检查诊断符合率为75.78%(97/128),灵敏度75.86%(66/87);中性粒细胞CD64诊断符合率为83.59%(107/128),灵敏度85.06%(74/87);hs-CRP联合中性粒细胞CD64检查诊断符合率为92.19%(118/128),诊断灵敏度93.10%(81/87);hs-CRP联合中性粒细胞CD64检查诊断符合率为92.19%(118/128),诊断灵敏度93.10%(81/87);hs-CRP联合中性粒细胞CD64在病毒感染性疾病中诊断灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值均高于单一hs-CRP和中性粒细胞CD64(P<0.05)。结论hs-CRP与中性粒细胞CD64用于病毒感染性疾病中具有较高的检出率,且二者联合检查诊断灵敏度与特异度较高。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and efficacy of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)combined with neutrophil CD64 in viral infectious diseases.Methods One hundred and twenty eight patients with suspected viral infectious diseases from May 2019 to February 2021 were selected as subjects,and the immunoturbidimetric method was used to determine the hs-CRP level,the FC500 flow cytometer was used to determine the CD64 level of neutrophils in the patients.Cell quantitative analysis software converts the amount of neutrophil CD64;the result of virus isolation and culture was used as the"gold standard"to analyze the detection rate of hs-CRP and neutrophil CD64 in viral infectious diseases.Calculate and plot ROC Curve,analyze the diagnostic efficiency of hs-CRP,neutrophil CD64 and the combination of the two in viral infectious diseases.Results The diagnosis coincidence rate of hs-CRP examination was 75.78%(97/128),the sensitivity was 75.86%(66/87).The diagnosis coincidence rate of neutrophil CD64 was 83.59%(107/128),the sensitivity is 85.06%(74/87).The diagnostic coincidence rate of hs-CRP combined with neutrophil CD64 examination is 92.19%(118/128),and the diagnostic sensitivity is 93.10%(81/87).The diagnostic coincidence rate of hs-CRP combined with neutrophil CD64 examination was 92.19%(118/128)and the diagnostic sensitivity was 93.10%(81/87).hs-CRP combined with neutrophil CD64 had higer diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the disease than single hs-CRP and neutrophil CD64(P<0.05).Conclusion hs-CRP and neutrophil CD64 have a high detection rate in viral infectious diseases,and the combined diagnosis of the two has higher sensitivity and specificity.
